WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
We hope you will find some pleasant surprises at our new location at 240 Wade Road Extension, Opposite Target, Latham, New York
You will recognize the staff, and the things that have made George's Market exceptional. We still grow the best annuals, have thousands of hanging baskets, and do a great job with delivery and installation. Now you will see that we have added a gift boutique that is unique. If it is a gift, than it should be special. We also have garden art-like statuaries, wrought iron, fountains and one-of-a kind specimen trees.
We are very excited to see 4 years of work come together. Please stop in and say hello.

- Trim back flowering bulbs
Stay-cation Summer
It's not too late to plant your vegetable gardens. If you are not going away this summer, consider making the most of your garden. Asking for your children's help in the garden will turn chicken finger kids into veggie lovers. Growing a few extra tomato plants for the City Mission, or a food shelter is a great way to help others in this tough economy.
Blooms from now until September
The coming weeks are a great time to shop for roses. You will see our roses full of buds and often in full color now. We have over 500 to choose from. Today's roses are more disease, pest and drought tolerant than ever. If you give them a sunny place and water, they will reward you with color and scent for the full summer. Get used to having a vase in your home or your office. Roses are perennial so they come back year after year. You can mix and match varieties to make your garden special to you.
